Holidays: Sandals Resorts unveils Caribbean break for two for Queen’s platinum jubilee

Despite plans to axe the Queen as the country’s Head of State by November 2021, the gorgeous island of Barbados is a destination that’s always remained popular with guests and is likely to for the foreseeable future. The country is popular with British celebrities and royalty, and is known for its white sandy beaches and stunning waters. The year 2022 marks a special year for our Head of State Queen Elizabeth II.

By that point, international travel could be largely back on the cards for many Britons with restrictions lifted and a quarantine policy no longer in place.

Those looking to visit Sandals Royal Barbados may be able to relax in the luxurious resort’s rooftop infinity pool or make socialise at the resort’s bar.

For those looking for more privacy, Sandals Resorts is offering even more.

Visitors can also enjoy a seven-night stay at Sandals Royal Caribbean Resort & private Islands in a Caribbean Deluxe room from £1,999 per person.

Land and water sports are included as well as up to two free scuba dives per day for PADI qualified divers and golf at selected resorts, gratuities, resort transfers and more.

Currently, Barbados is requiring Britons to quarantine at Barbados government approved facilities until they obtain a second negative coronavirus test.

Travellers must also complete an online immigration and customs form before they travel.
