Thorpe Park is home to some of the UK’s rollercoaster firsts including the country’s first winged rollercoaster, The Swarm as well as Stealth, which travels 0-80 mph in less than two seconds, reaching a height of 205ft. It is also the fastest rollercoaster in the UK, and the second tallest after the Big One at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
With it being half-term and the theme park reopening for the first time in months, I was apprehensive about how busy the park would be.
Having never been to Thorpe Park before, it was super easy to find and parking was a breeze.
With a short walk to the entrance, multiple security and bag checks later, I had entered the park with only a five minute wait time.
